"The legacy firm only had one female partner but Cooley has already hired 3 more female partners, expressed a dedication towards improving these numbers and has a women's group that is working on a number of initiatives. We also have an ethnic minorities group within the firm, and hold a number of events throughout the year. This is through the Pathways to Law programme: this coaches and encourages talented A-level students who will be the first generation in their family to attend university to apply to study law at top universities, and provides quality work placements in city firms."First year trainee, London
