Informal Training & Mentoring
(based on 4 ratings in 2015)
"I have found that fee earners always recognise my contribution, say thank you and take the time to go through feedback. In my experience fee-earners are very approachable."Second year trainee, London
"First year trainees get paired with second year trainee "buddies" who are there for you to ask questions, or take you for a coffee and just check that you're settling in well. This is a great system and makes you feel quite integrated from the beginning. The supervisors are all generally good mentors and formal performance feedback is given twice a seat."First year trainee, London
"Fee earners are very accessible. Most supervisors are excellent at giving feedback on your work, and really take the time to go through it with you. I have always had recognition for good work and everyone says thank you. Trainees have a partner mentor and first year trainees have a second year trainee mentor, and there are various coffees and lunches scheduled for the latter arrangement."Second year trainee, London
"The partners and associates are very accessible. We also have a trainee buddy and partner mentor scheme, as well as female mentors for female trainees."Second year trainee, London
