"First year trainees get paired with second year trainee "buddies" who are there for you to ask questions, or take you for a coffee and just check that you're settling in well. This is a great system and makes you feel quite integrated from the beginning. The supervisors are all generally good mentors and formal performance feedback is given twice a seat."

"Fee earners are very accessible. Most supervisors are excellent at giving feedback on your work, and really take the time to go through it with you. I have always had recognition for good work and everyone says thank you. Trainees have a partner mentor and first year trainees have a second year trainee mentor, and there are various coffees and lunches scheduled for the latter arrangement."
