Associate Consultants are involved in every stage of case delivery – from business development, through industry research and analysis, to strategic recommendations and client presentations. From day one, you will be required to contribute fully to the case team – taking responsibility for your analysis, presenting conclusions and interacting with clients.

Graduate training programme
Credo provides extensive internal and external training, enabling you to quickly develop your skills as a consultant.
Credo provides a comprehensive training comprising one week of induction training for new joiners and quarterly days training for the whole firm.
Associates have 15 training courses led and developed by partners and senior management.
Degree disciplines and other recruitment criteria
Your application should demonstrate evidence of leadership, ambition and teamwork, alongside relevant work experience.
You should have a record of outstanding academic achievement and a 2:1 degree or better in any discipline from a leading university. Candidates should also have an A grade at maths GCSE, A-Level or equivalent.
Working knowledge of a major European language or Arabic is an advantage.
