Now in its 5th year, our Graduate Programme is now one of the most successful and widely recognised in the Construction and Property industry, committed to supporting Graduates to learn, develop and grow as the leaders of the future. 

You'll start your journey with us by working with your chosen division and discipline for the 1st year of the 2 year Programme with one of our core disciplines:

Land and Planning - often referred to as Development, are a core part of the residential process, from buying huge patches of land and potential regeneration sites to rigorous planning application processes, building relationships with lots of internal and external stakeholders and partners. Here you will be the central part of multi-million pound negotiations in a bid to build homes in the best locations in the UK.

Quantity Surveying - the commercial wizards of our business, ensuring we're delivering projects within budget and in line with our targets. You will be managing the entire cost control management of both people, contractors and materials, as well as value engineering, settling final accounts and negotiating contracts. Your focus is to deliver the highest calibre of labour and materials whilst maximising profit margins, never compromising on quality.

A 'Technical' career within Crest is best described as both Architectural Design Management and Civil Engineering, a unique yet vital blend of skills as part of the Construction process. Technical teams manage the whole design, instructing architects and structural engineers as well as considering the aesthetic aspects and infrastructure requirements of the development. Investigation and probing are key skills needed to influence decisions, challenge your comfort zone and achieve results.

Our Graduates often tell us the 2nd rotation year is absolutely key to their development - you'll be working closely with all departments, including Finance, Customer Service, Sales and more to expand your knowledge and true understanding of what we do, to future proof your skills and relationships for your career in Crest.

With Mentorship from an Executive board member blended with a programme of workshops designed to develop your skills and knowledge, you'll be best equipped to learn the end to end residential development cycle and really push yourself to challenge the status quo. With 90% of our Graduates being offered a promotion at the end of their 2 year programme, we're offering a progressive career with continuous development opportunities.
