A future with Cushman & Wakefield

This programme is designed to enable you to develop the skills and expertise you need to pass the Planning Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification through the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). We are involved in a range of complex regeneration, acquisition and disposal projects and you’ll contribute to a diversity of Planning work.

About this programme

If you have the drive to make your mark on a diverse variety of Planning projects across the UK, we’ll give you all the training and support required to become a Chartered Planner. Working with a broad range of teams and clients, you’ll gain extensive practical experience and build your knowledge and understanding of all areas of Planning.

What to expect

From day one, there will be a lot of variety. You will experience everything from project meetings to contract administration and will help to win new projects. Support and training will be ongoing. And we will do all we can to ensure you gain the experience you need to obtain your APC qualification.

Eligibility

You’ll need to be a final year undergraduate on course for a 2:1 or studying for a RTPI accredited Masters. We’ll also consider recent graduates who already hold a 2.1 or RTPI accredited Masters.
