A future with Cushman & Wakefield

Our global presence isn’t just an achievement for us; it’s an opportunity for you to explore what we can offer you across our industry. With £multimillion projects across the world and opportunities across the board, we’ll help you reach your potential on a whole new level. We’ll invest in you, because your future is a big deal to us.

About this programme

On this programme you will receive all the training and support you need to achieve your Residential Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. You’ll gain extensive practical experience on rotations in a number of Residential areas, including Valuation, Development Agency/Consultancy and New Homes.

What to expect

You will be working with internal and external Cushman & Wakefield teams, as well as liaising with a variety of clients. This will enable you to build your knowledge on a range of Residential projects. Whatever your role, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop the skills and expertise you need to pass the APC first time.

Eligibility

You’ll need to be a final year undergraduate on course for a 2:1 or a postgraduate studying for a RICS accredited Masters. We’ll also consider recent graduates who already hold a 2.1 or RICS accredited Masters.
