The Business Development Associate role is for individuals not with industry experience but with an incredible work ethic, drive and passion, as these are the basic requirements to be successful in our market place. We, the deVere group, provide all successful candidates with a structured professional training programme to build foundations and expand their career within the international financial market. We invest heavily in the training and development of career driven professionals, we just need to find the ones to invest in.
The ideal candidate does not require experience but does require a natural ability to communicate along with a willingness to study for financial qualifications.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be fast-track trained to become an International Wealth Adviser in less than 12 months. This may be expedited for the top candidates, with our high achievers reaching Adviser under 12 months. This, however, is the exception rather than the rule.
Successful candidates will benefit from the advantage of gaining invaluable practical experience in handling high net-worth clients from around the world. You will also be working alongside highly skilled Wealth Managers, aiding them with their clients’ financial issues. By doing so, you will attain and hone your own networking, client-management and business-development skills.
You will benefit from a 3 week, fully expensed, training programme in Malta. With over 200 personnel, our Malta operations centre supports our field offices, wealth advisers and managers. It houses our support teams for foreign exchange (FX) as well as our recruitment, training, marketing, IT and legal departments. It even has a large gym too! So it’s a great place to start learning how the business works. You will gain valuable experience of how to deal with existing high-net-worth (HNW) clients and potential clients.
You will also get trained by some of our top people from each of our Training Academy teams. This hands-on approach will greatly fast-track and develop the required sales and investment product knowledge you will need, building the foundations for your future success.
What will I gain from this?
During the training period as a Business Development Associate you will be paid a salary along with the cost of your travel to your chosen academy. You will also receive assistance with your accommodation. On top of this there will be bonus earning potential from day one.
