HR Graduate Programme

With more than 33,000 talented people working across the globe for Diageo, our people remain our biggest asset. Our job in HR is to create an environment that inspires our employees to do the best work of their lives. And because we are an extraordinary company we go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the potential we see in them (including yours of course) is realised.

At Diageo HR acts as performance partner to the business, playing an important role in the professional lives of our employees. You’ll use your skills to keep them inspired, engaged, driven and full of energy to fulfil their roles. During your three year programme, in addition to leadership development, you’ll gain broad experience within your functional discipline, and you will be given the chance to realise your potential in a specialist area within Service Delivery, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Talent Management and Development, Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Business Partnering.

We are a truly international company with iconic brands that sell in 180 different countries across the globe, so working for us will give you a unique opportunity to learn about a diverse range of ethnicities and cultures.

You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively while showing your confidence and conviction to challenge people, in pursuit of finding the best and most innovative solutions for Diageo. Your drive and agility will be applied to overcome challenges and to develop yourself as you progress through the programme.

You’re able to build strong relationships in order to learn and grow together, as well as to influence and inspire others to always do better. Many of these relationships will be core to your success now and in the future as you progress through the organisation.
