During your three year programme, in addition to leadership development, you’ll gain broad experience within your functional discipline, and you will be given the chance to realise your potential in a specialist area within Service Delivery, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Talent Management and Development, Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Business Partnering.

In addition to the behaviours above you’ll need:
- Obtained or expecting to obtain a minimum Bachelor 2.1 academic degree or equivalent in any subject.
- Fluency in English and in the relevant language to the market you are applying
- Excellent analytical ability
- Mobile and prepared to relocate geographically during the 3 year programme
- Demonstrates a high level of curiosity
