The DMA Group’s Talent division exists to create a clear pathway to inspire young people to join the growing direct, data and digital marketing industry. It operates with the support of both the DMA and the IDM to give young people the best marketing skills and connections possible as they enter the profession. Through a range of free-to-attend programmes we help students gain real-world marketing experiences and importantly introduce them to a network of marketing movers and shakers to help secure their dream job.
We promote data focussed careers through our Creative Data Academy, connect talented young people to employers through our summer school and work with the Graeme Robertson Trust to develop young creative talent with initiatives such as Big Book Crit and the DMA Breakthrough Award. Once in industry our mentoring programme picks up and supports new recruits through their early years in industry.
