Sales Account Manager

As Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with senior managerial and directorial staff, to raise the profile of the company and the companies NPD . You will be following leads by telephone, email, selling the company’s ethos and products, organising & attending appointments as required to provide good business practice and ensure a coherent approach to sales and developing new customer’s accounts. You will be responsible for managing relations with existing customers and new customers. General account management and administration will also be a part of this position working with Marketing & Operations Team. Attendance at meetings with new business partners/merchants, either in place or with management will be a large part of the role.

You must be capable and confident self-starter, ready to make things happen and help move the company forward during an exciting time of growth. You will be comfortable speaking with clients, will be motivated to succeed, and will be a true team player. You will be working within a small, friendly, professional, and hard-working team in West London and some external partners. It is a small but vibrant open plan office and it is expected that you will help out with administrative tasks as required during busy periods.
