Keeping pace with advances, our fully CIPD accredited MSc develops knowledge of HRM concepts and the people management skills crucial to modern business. Our MSc is at the forefront of research-led, practical and theoretically informed education.

Programme structure

The MSc in HRM has been designed to provide a combination of courses that will enable the professional development of future HR managers. In their first term (September-December) students will take induction and core course. During the second term (January-May) students choose optional courses. The final dissertation is written over the summer term (June-August). Learning is achieved through lectures, set readings, exercises, case studies and presentations.
