Sales Operations Executive
We seek an ambitious and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our rapidly expanding sales operations team.
The successful candidate is likely to be a recent graduate with some customer facing / sales experience gained in a previous role (which may have been part-time).
A demonstrable desire to build a career in a sales facing environment is essential as is a keen eye for detail.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Team Leader, this is a new role for the company created by the expansion of our business. It represents a greenfield opportunity for the chosen candidate to take the first steps on a Business Administration or Business Development career path.
The role is based in our Queens Park office and will involve the following:
- Being part of the planning and implementation of a process for our new online business sales method
- Working prospective customers directly helping to expand our online business
- Taking ownership of all small sales opportunities – resolving queries and removing obstacles to ensure they have all they need to transact with Egress
- Tracking customer activity in our CRM systems
This role has the potential to offer progression into a number of different career paths, including sales operations, sales support, sales and lead management.
