What you’ll do
Working here is always about working for our customers, solving their problems, exceeding their expectations. That’s what you’ll do, typically following a path that will give you experience in areas such as sales, contact centres, projects and Field Operations. You’ll get to lead teams, manage projects and make decisions that have commercial consequences, essentially a fast-track to leadership. The aim of this scheme is to give you exposure to every area of our customer operations where you’ll also have the chance to pick up valuable qualifications as you progress through the programme.
What we’re looking for
Leading the customer-fronting area of our business calls for a special mix of skills and qualities. On paper, we’re looking for a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject. In you, we’ll also be looking to someone who thrives on engaging customers, and who has high levels of enthusiasm and empathy together with personal credibility and a flair for leadership – because you’ll be expected to become a first-rate manager, the earlier the better.
