As a Production Support Analyst, you will be involved with a blend of programming and administration. You will work with various stakeholders to deal with technical problems by analysing, diagnosing, and then either solving or referring the problem. The role incorporates a balance of technical and excellent soft skills, business knowledge as well as troubleshooting expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, ambitious graduates who want to launch and progress their careers long term either with FDM Group or one of our clients – around one third of FDM Consultants transition permanently to our client base after two years with the opportunity to become more senior within FDM.

We welcome graduates from a variety of degrees - you don’t have to study IT to work in IT.

  • Educated to degree level

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
