Clients are at the heart of our business and investment decisions. As we continue to expand our product capability, enter new markets and develop new relationships, our Business Management team is what brings this all together; across operations, product and distribution teams and the global organisation.
You’ll start by spending six months at our UK Customer Contact Centre in Surrey, where you’ll learn about our products and services and deal directly with clients. Over the next two years you’ll experience the full scope of our business across such teams as operations, product and distribution; while fixing real-life problems that are critical to our future and developing your understanding of how a major global business is run.
Curious and client-focused, you’ll be a great communicator with ambition, adaptability, a change-focus and an innovative approach to problem solving.
We are open to considering all degree disciplines. You will need to have high grades at A level and achieved (or be on track for) a 2:1.
