You don’t need to have studied a specific subject to build a career with us – we’re looking for people with intellectual curiosity, ambition, and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients.
Our Sales and Marketing teams build relations with our prospective and existing clients to identify the right investment, service or product solution for their needs. These teams also develop campaign story lines for new products and services. During this two-and-a-half-year programme you’ll learn about our products and markets across a variety of rotations that match your skills and interests. You could work in sales support and move towards a client-facing role, or directly with advertising agencies and develop your creativity. If you are fluent in a European language, you could also undertake a rotation in one of our European offices. You will need to be a confident communicator, articulate, ideally bi- or multi-lingual with the analytical skills to understand our products and develop new markets for them.
We are open to considering all degree disciplines. You will need to have high grades at A level and achieved (or be on track for) a 2:1.
