Operational Management Graduate Programme

Fidelity International invests money on behalf of institutions and private individuals.

Because we’re privately owned, we’re fully focused on the long-term interests of our clients – with both the commitment and the resources to provide the investment expertise, technology and service innovation needed to help them achieve their financial goals.

You don’t need to have studied a specific subject to build a career with us – we’re looking for people with intellectual curiosity, ambition, and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients.

Our vision is to deliver innovative client solutions for a better future.  Operational Management is responsible for executing billions of pounds worth of client deals. Here everything that you do has a bearing on our clients and you have the opportunity to impact the client experience. This commitment to change and to our clients is at the very heart of Operational Management.

This two-and-a-half year programme starts with six months in our UK Customer Contact Centre; where you’ll learn about our products and services by talking directly to clients. You will then undertake a range of rotations in areas like Retail/Institutional Customer Services, Operations, Project Management/Business Change and Business Risk and Compliance teams. Throughout the programme you will develop project and team management skills and study for professional qualifications including the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) and Investment Management Certificate (IMC).You don’t need to have a degree in Finance or Economics to work in asset management, so long as you are engaged, smart and intellectually curious. Our people are encouraged to think innovatively and challenge the status quo and you’ll need to be client-focused and an effective communicator. If you have the right attitude, we can give you the knowledge and the technical skills you will need to be successful.

We are open to considering all degree disciplines. You will need to have high grades at A level and achieved (or be on track for) a 2:1.
