2016

"There's a very good work/life balance but not a lot of socialising."
Graduate, Surrey
"Friendly culture with a flat hierarchy. I've been able to go for after-work drinks with people in the department and other graduates too."
Graduate, London
"After hours there is quite a lot going on but this depends on what team you are in. When I was in a product team there weren't many team drinks or events but there were more in the sales teams. Either way, there is a good grad community that has quarterly organised social events and you can always organise your own things too. If you need to leave early for any reason, managers tend to be facilitating etc."
Graduate, London
"There's a good environment in the office but not a lot of socialising outside of work."
HR, Graduate, London
"The team is very supportive and approachable and you get clear HR contact."
Graduate, Tonbridge
"This differs a lot between various offices. The work/life balance is, for the most part, great and people are very supportive. However, they do not spend much time together after work."
Graduate, Vienna
"It's not hierarchical. Senior analysts and several PMs take an interest in discussing things and imparting their experience."
Graduate, London

2014

"Culture is excellent, lots of socialising between graduates but also in the teams where you rotate. Independently owned so no shareholder pressure gives a great opportunity to implement improvements/bigger ideas."
Graduate, London
"Friendly and welcoming both during and after work hours. The hierarchy is relatively flat, and not overly visible."
Graduate, London
"Everyone is very supportive and helpful, if someone is struggling with work, others will offer to help and constant learning is encouraged, so people will always have opportunities. The social side is less busy after hours, due to the office location and lack of available local amenities. The hierarchy is of a company which imbibes a structure with a meritocracy, where those who work hard and spend time learning and improving can be rewarded."
Graduate, London
"Teamwork is hugely important at Fidelity as the company operates in a non-hierarchical way."
Graduate, London
"The culture is very friendly, most people are very willing to help. The business culture is very non-hierarchical so it is easy to approach senior members of staff. People socialise regularly and the graduates get together on a regular basis as well."
Graduate, London
"Flat hierarchies and the international nature of the company make our culture very open and friendly. It is possible to network with colleagues all over the world, participate in international working groups and even spend some months/years on international assignments."
HR, Graduate, Kronberg, Germany
"Huge focus on ethics. Colleagues are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity. Some socialising out of hours amongst your peers."
Graduate, Surrey
