"After hours there is quite a lot going on but this depends on what team you are in. When I was in a product team there weren't many team drinks or events but there were more in the sales teams. Either way, there is a good grad community that has quarterly organised social events and you can always organise your own things too. If you need to leave early for any reason, managers tend to be facilitating etc."

The social side is less busy after hours, due to the office location and lack of available local amenities.
