"The culture in the office is very relaxed and inclusive, especially in my team. You are encouraged to speak your mind and join in discussions. There aren't many social events due to the location of the office but interns are definitely invited when there are."
Intern, Tonbridge
"Interns are well integrated within the company, with social events organised by the careers team. You're not viewed as an intern in terms of socialising with other employees. You get the chance to meet and socialise with people right from the start and everyone is willing to take the time to talk to you."
Technology, Placement Student, Kingswood
"The culture is one of the company's major assets and people are very nice and willing to help. Socials are organised by the company for the interns (open bar and food provided) and other interns are generally keen to meet after work. My team also invited me to their social events and were generally very friendly."
Intern, London/Kingswood
"There are lots of social activities including BBQs and charity fundraisers. We nearly always have drinks on Fridays and there have been various intern socials."
Intern, Kingswood, Surrey/ London
"The company culture is very good at Fidelity. Everyone I've met that works here is extremely friendly and kind and always happy to help. Social activities are regularly organised and interns are coupled up with individuals on the grad scheme, creating a sort of buddy system."
Intern, London/Kingswood
"Everyone is interested in your life outside of work and cares very much that a work/life balance is maintained. Interns regularly meet up as a group at lunch or after work and we contact each other throughout the day if we need help or support."
Intern, London
