The Freeths Group is one of the UK's leading regional law practices. We provide services to both the commercial and private client across the entire legal spectrum. Our client base reflects our nationwide strength and our nationwide service delivery. Our teams of gifted legal advisors work to achieve continued success for our clients through the delivery of positive, practical solutions.
Our aim is to attract and retain the most talented people, and part of this is providing a great place to work. So, to support fairness and equality and to encourage a healthy work-life balance, we continually monitor and improve our benefits. We are proud that what we have achieved has been recognised over the past few years: Achieving Best Companies Status and featured in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2017.
We are also a silver standard accredited Investor in People Company, which means we are recognised for our efforts to improve work place engagement, leadership, personal growth, wellbeing, team working, and our impact on society. If you are a bright and talented individual who will bring commitment and critical thinking to our Firm, we are ready to invest in you.
What are our graduate opportunities?
At Freeths we “think differently” and this also applies to the flexible graduate programmes we offer. We believe that it is your career therefore you should be the one to choose how it starts. So if you prefer to focus on gaining valuable work experience prior to commencing either your LPC or training contract, then our legal assistant foundation programme could be for you. Equally, if you prefer a more traditional route to qualification then our direct entry route allows you the opportunity to complete your academic qualifications prior to starting your training contract with us.
