"My team is very sociable and friendly so collaboration is very easy."
Intern, London
"We have a very relaxed culture with no dress code and very balanced office hours. The hierarchy is largely flat with only three levels between myself (an intern) and the CTO. The environment is largely collaborative, and everyone is extremely approachable, both in a work and social context. Employees are encouraged to take time off to enjoy themselves and the company facilitates many events such as company drinks, football clubs, free lunches and an annual company-wide weekend abroad."
Intern, London
"The office always has a positive atmosphere with a relaxed dress code and perks including free tea and coffee. Everyone that you work with knows that people make mistakes so there's not any blame placed on anyone when things go wrong. People are always there to offer support when you need it and often go for lunch or drinks after work together. There are also company events so you get the chance to know people beyond their work."
Intern, London
"Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. You can easily get access to the most knowledgeable people in the company and also get quite good exposure to the higher management. Everyone is pretty relaxed. My team is great as we have a really supportive and blame-free atmosphere where everyone works together. Monthly drinks are also organised (weekly would be even better). The only downside is that there is not always enough space to fit everyone so it can be crowded and loud."
Intern, London
"There are after-hours team-building activities and social lunchtimes."
Intern, London
"The culture is generally very positive. It's not uncommon to have lunch or go to the pub with people who are much higher up in the company and everyone seems to value the opinions of everyone else. The only downside is that company-wide events happen monthly rather than weekly as they do at a number of other tech companies."

"There is a great culture within G-Research. It is a casual environment yet employees are highly motivated and are experts in their domain. There is a lot of emphasis on socialising outside of work too; with team lunches, drinks and weekends away."
Graduate, London
"Colleagues are always willing to help and lend a hand as well as being sociable and friendly. It's a relatively small company so most people know each other. Outside activities and clubs are good fun."
Graduate, London
"Flat hierarchy. No politics, at least from a dev's perspective, friendly management."
Graduate, London
"Everyone is really friendly and nice to work with. There are plenty of fun activities and social events including Christmas and Summer parties, end-of-month drinks and clubs and societies to get involved in."
Graduate, London
"Employees are encouraged to express ideas and follow those ideas through. They are also given responsibility and are rewarded with monthly drinks, team meals etc. There are many sports that employees are able to take part in such as football and running."
