"Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and encouraging and I now have several people who I would feel comfortable going to in a mentor capacity for advice or feedback. Senior lawyers rarely take credit for your work, but always acknowledge your involvement when sending work to a client or partner and make sure to always give you some pointers on how to improve in private."

"All associates are very approachable, as are most of the partners, and there are multiple opportunities for feedback."

"Great mentoring programme. The firm is invested in encouraging trainees and associates to develop as excellent lawyers."
London
"Solicitors and partners are generally accessible and very happy to take the time to answer your questions. The most junior associates have two reviews per year where their performance is discussed. Feedback comes in different forms and some attorneys provide more feedback than others."
London
"Certain associates and partners are particularly helpful at giving constructive feedback and take a genuine interest in the career development of junior lawyers. However, there are some who are not up to the same standard."

"There is a 'formal' mentoring programme with partners, which is incredibly useful. There is also a culture of informally mentoring and making sure that things are going OK."
Second year trainee, London
"Senior lawyers are always willing to help and provide guidance."
Second year trainee, London
"Feedback is always given and provides useful guidance for your progression whether you are a trainee or an associate."
