"We have an equality and diversity policy that I believe everyone takes to heart. We do our best to promote inclusion and try to reflect this through our policies and culture to make sure that we welcome everyone at work."HR, Graduate, Newbury
"I think there is a lot of diversity, respect and help offered."Graduate, Chineham, Basingstoke.
"The company takes diversity very seriously and provides training on this to all staff."Graduate, Thatcham
"We're very diverse but this seems to happen naturally rather than through deliberate schemes. The company is supportive, flexible and understanding."Graduate, Thatcham, Berkshire
"Gist employs people from a lot of different backgrounds and cultures. No sponsorship is offered for graduates so you do have to have the right to work in the UK. The sites are very male dominated but so is the industry as a whole. I and other women that I work with have found that we have been treated equally. Gist are a little behind the times when it comes to the maternity package."Graduate, Crewe
"The recruitment process appears to be great and the company has a very high retention rate. It also supports parents with child-care vouchers (subsidised from your salary) and offers good maternity leave (and a shorter paternity leave). However, I think that diversity is not the best when it comes to race and gender. There is a lack different ethnicities in many of the offices, including the head office. There is also a lack of women in high managerial roles. Only one woman has a seat on the board (which is common in the corporate world)."Graduate, Prefer not to say
