Our story in each market is different and we have shown a very small number of the highlights below. You will find a few of our stats and case studies throughout our websites, but in a nutshell, we were founded in 2002, we work with more than 550 leading local, regional and multinational companies.
Reporting to Principal Recruitment Consultant (PRC), and working alongside a Recruitment Team, you will work as part of our dynamic and multinational Recruitment Division, assisting the business to identify, source, select and recruit top candidates for our Clients, and help individuals to find appropriate career opportunities. Through the delivery of excellent candidate management, pipeline and sourcing activities, you will achieve agreed key performance indicators and service level agreements under the supervision of the SRC. Working with your team you will be knowledgeable about your market and business opportunities to support the achievement of business development targets set by the company.
Supporting, shadowing and learning from the business’ leaders you’ll develop broad capability and a career in one or more of the company’s three human capital divisions, focused on African markets. You’ll take on immediate responsibility and accountability for projects and key operations, with the support of the directors and the wider team. The rotational programme, including stints within the Talent Agenda Series, Careers in Africa and GCC Search will expose you to international business, fast growing African markets and major employers across the continent.
