Together with experience of resolving planning, technical and legal problems, Goldcrest’s disciplined procedures have enabled it to evolve to become a ‘land development enterprise’, with the flexibility to react quickly to movements in the market and local planning regimes.
The Goldcrest team has purchased over 150 sites, all but one without planning permissions already in place, and were all ‘brownfield land’.
