Our Graduates

Grosvenor offers graduates the opportunity to start their career ‘client-side’. Our graduates develop a breadth of knowledge, in all aspects or the property industry and across different sectors and markets. Our small intake means that graduates are fully involved in projects and are given greater responsibility.

As a graduate you will join one of our international offices and immediately have the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile projects. You will also undertake a relevant professional qualification such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor's Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification or another qualification appropriate for the function, market or location you are working within.

Our UK graduates gain experience through a rotational programme. This provides a comprehensive introduction to working in property and the necessary competencies to achieve the APC.  Example rotations include: development, asset management, leasing, investment, property management and financial analysis. 

All graduates are assigned a dedicated supervisor and counsellor to provide support throughout the programme. APC technical training is also supplemented by our in-house training programme to provide our graduates with the skills required to pursue a career in property.
