The Role

Technical Project Coordinator – hosted online recruitment management systems

We are recruiting for a Technical Project Coordinator to support the Account Management Team, who are developing new business opportunities and work with existing clients in the maintenance and expansion of their online recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Working alongside the Account Managers to assist in:

  • Coordinating projects from information gathering through to implementation
  • Development of specifications for system builds/upgrades
  • Ensuring that all projects are comprehensively documented 
  • Working alongside development, support and testing teams to deliver project plans
  • Providing reports for clients
  • Producing training materials for clients on how to use systems
  • Investigating issues that arise throughout the project
  • Interrogation of SQL databases for the purposes of updating records
  • Follow-up of client and system post-launch

Other Information:

  • Temporary 6 month role, potential for permanent role –37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – 9.00 – 5.30pm 
  • Salary dependant on experience – £22k- £24k per annum pro rata for duration of contract 
  • 23 days holiday per calendar year rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 28 days per annum, plus bank holidays – pro rata for duration of contract
  • Benefits: Automatically enrolled onto Company pension scheme after 3 month qualifying period, with employee contributing 3% of monthly salary and GTI will match employee contributions up to a maximum of 5% of monthly salary, Childcare vouchers, enhanced paternity and maternity policies and life assurance cover
