Physics Teaching Assistant, West Yorkshire
i-teachers is on the search for a recent Physics graduate, who may be considering a career in teaching and wants to gain paid experience in a school based setting before applying for teacher training in 2017.
We have a number of paid opportunities in Secondary Schools across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious graduate with a true passion to inspire future generations in your love for science. You must feel that your excellent subject knowledge can contribute to the students achieving excellent GCSE results within a Teaching Assistant role
- Teaching Assistant - Physics Department
- Science Degree - Physics
- Graduate with 2:1 or above

- £300 per week, Science Teaching Assistant Role
To be considered for any of our roles you must have a 2:1 degree in Physics, and a real passion for working with young people, as well as a resilient nature. Your role would enable you to work with small groups and on a one to one basis supporting learners in their Science education. In return, you will receive guidance, training and support from the Head of Science and their team to help you at the start of your career as a Science Teacher.
