Four schools across Central East and South London are all looking for high calibre English graduates – preferably Russell Group graduates with 1st and 2:1 degrees – to join the school as a Teaching Assistants for the new school year.

It is likely that you will be working with a number of graduates in a similar position in the school. You will also be invited to join an online community of likeminded graduate Teaching Assistants across the country to share ideas and resources with, and build a portfolio of relevant modules whilst in school to ensure you get the perfect preparation for your next role!

These secondary school are looking to interview right away for English graduate to work as a teaching assistant within the school’s department. Supporting either struggling students or pushing higher ability groups.

The schools have a proven track record of working with graduates, giving them the required skills and experience to become future ‘Outstanding’ teachers! Most have teacher training programmes and use this as a ’foundation year’ to progress onto teacher training the following year.

Our schools are used to supporting graduates in their first school based role, so you will be given some training before you arrive and the school will provide further training as and when required.
