These secondary school are looking to interview right away for Science graduate to work as a teaching assistant within the school’s department. In this role you will mainly be supporting a pupils as part of a teaching team in who are currently at C/D grade borderline, who need a little more attention to get them to where they need to be.

The schools have a proven track record of working with graduates, giving them the required skills and experience to become future ‘Outstanding’ teachers! Most have teacher training programmes and use this as a ’foundation year’ to progress onto teacher training the following year.

Our schools are used to supporting graduates in their first school based role, so you will be given some training before you arrive and the school will provide further training as and when required.

You will be invited to join an online community of likeminded graduate Teaching Assistants to share ideas and resources with, and build a portfolio of relevant modules whilst in school to ensure you get the perfect preparation for your next role!
