What’s the deal?
An intense, two-year rotational programme giving you the skills, experience and insights you need to become one of our future sales and marketing managers. If you want to shape the future of an innovative global business then this is the opportunity for you.
What do I need?
You must be a graduate and have the legal right to work in the country to which you are applying. Beyond that, it’s your skills and attitude that really matter, not what you studied or the class of your degree. We need you to be:

- Committed to learning and growing every day
What will I be doing?
Over two years, you will undertake four contrasting rotations in areas that could range from field sales to national accounts and from brand activation to business insight and intelligence. Through these rotations, you will be able to develop a broad understanding of our business, gain exposure to different perspectives and leadership styles, and build a strong network across the organisation.
Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to hone your business acumen, as you help shape the future of our global business and our industry at a time of exciting change. There will also be lots of additional challenges for you to get your teeth into, including global graduate projects and volunteering initiatives.
