Supply Chain and Logistics - Undergraduate (MP&L)

Our award-winning graduate and apprentice programmes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the next generation of vehicles you’ll help produce. In fact, we’ve designed our early careers programmes for you to shape the future with us. With opportunities right across our business, you’ll use your creativity to bring new ideas to life, develop specialist, commercial and project skills and push the boundaries of your potential.

What to Expect

Getting the right parts, to the right place, at the right time, for the right cost: that’s the challenge for Supply Chain and Logistics.

We have fantastic opportunities for undergraduates to join one of our two specialist teams – Global Material Planning and Logistics, or Service Parts. Whichever team you join, you’ll work with a global network of over 1,000 suppliers and our worldwide manufacturing and sales footprint, to ensure we continuously plan and execute the most effective and efficient supply chains in the industry. You’ll manage everything from ensuring the parts we need are available and the right quality; to optimising the journey they take to our factories and showrooms.

In our fast-paced environment, you’ll use your logic to make a significant contribution to our continued success, as you ensure our worldwide customer-base receives the premium experience they expect. Working alongside a team as ambitious as you, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to develop your professional skills and supplement your academic studies.

What you'll need

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. We’re looking for undergraduates who are on track to attain a 2:2 degree classification in a relevant discipline; Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Studies or Project Management. We’ll also consider undergraduates who are studying Business Studies or Programme and Project Management, if your degree includes a substantial quantitative element.

Driven, determined to learn and with impressive commercial awareness - you’ll have no doubts that our Supply Chain and Logistics undergraduate scheme is the next challenge for you. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work.

Whatever your role, you’ll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the business. And, with ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.

This is a 12 month undergraduate placement, commencing June 24 2019. Please be aware that our undergraduate placement opportunities are only open to penultimate year students - individuals who will be returning to their final year of study following their placement with us.
