Engineering Quality - Undergraduate

What to Expect

Our vehicles are globally renowned for their breath-taking quality. A quality mind-set must encompass everything we do from initial engineering and design, through to manufacturing operations and customer service excellence. Joining our Company Quality specialists you’ll use key metrics and advanced problem solving techniques to improve processes, product and customer service quality levels - and make great even greater.

Specialising in areas such as Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Global Assembly Operations or Global Powertrain and Quality Strategy, you’ll work closely with our suppliers and processes to ensure we meet our, and our customers, high standards and specifications.

What You'll Need

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. So as well as working towards a degree in Engineering, Electronics, Product Design, Physics or Maths at 2:2 level or higher, you’ll need drive, creativity, a keen eye for detail and a never-ending commitment to deliver results. For those specifying “Supplier Quality”, as travel between sites will be required, a full driving license is also essential.

And with ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.

Our undergraduate placements have a fixed start date of 24 June 2019 and will run for a duration of 12 months.

Whichever path you follow, your hard work and contribution deserves recognition. So as well as ongoing support and learning opportunities, you’ll receive a competitive salary. This will be around £300 per week, or £15,600 p.a.

For those on 12 month placements, a generous holiday allowance will also be yours, as will many other benefits. With on-site facilities like gyms and sports hall, plus regular social events, you’ll have plenty of chances to make friends and have fun too.
