Following the completion of the scheme you will have had exposure to a number of important functions within the group such as: project management, operations, sales, commercial management.
To support you, you will receive on the job training to develop your skills to support you within your role, as well as being provided with formal, ongoing management and leadership training. At the completion of the course we will help identify the right full-time position to continue your leadership journey within James Fisher.
You will be expecting a minimum 2:1 in any subject from a recognised university. You will have demonstrated leadership qualities, have strong commercial awareness and skills in influencing and negotiation. We are spread over numerous offices in the UK and internationally therefore you will be able to to be based in different locations over the course of the programme and have an interest in international opportunities.
