"The majority of training so far has been learning the internal systems that are used. This was a lot to take on board and it hasn't always been smooth. However, given the size of company and the systems they use, it is to be expected."
Graduate,
"The training programme is very broad and prepares us well for the role and for easier integration into the business."
Graduate,
"There are many training programmes available. All one has to do is ask and it can be arranged."
Graduate,
"To date, I have attended numerous training opportunities. Some of these include: strategic thinking, value excellence and one young world. They have allowed me to think more holistically and to consider the external factors that influence our day-to-day work. I have also been given the opportunity to deliver many presentations to my team, in turn developing my presentation skills."
Marketing, Graduate,
"The training is good but very intensive and there is quite a lot to remember in a short space of time."
Graduate,
"Training was all really good and is still ongoing."

"My training has been outstanding. I joined with no relevant work experience or really any idea what I would be doing day-to-day and I am very comfortable completing my tasks. Everyone is happy to help, explain and show you new things."
Graduate, Inverness
"There was a lot of formal training that you may expect in the early days. Informally you are always able to ask questions, shadow others and get stuck in to work whilst learning as you go. This is the best way to learn, in my opinion, as you only learn from mistakes and only make mistakes by doing!"
Graduate, Maidenhead
"I had training on precision selling skills, driver training, Excel training and various other software training."
Graduate, Maidenhead
"During my first month at Johnson & Johnson, I was already able to travel to the US for a two week intensive training programme which taught me a lot of valuable skills that I use today."
Graduate, Diegem, Belgium

"As part of the FLDP programme there is formal training in the US at the headquarters which gives great insight into the company, senior management and other colleagues around the world."
Finance, Graduate, Antwerp, Belgium
"Internal learning and development courses are available throughout the year which have helped me to build on my leadership, communication and project management skills. External qualifications are also encouraged such as certified awards from the Institute of Leadership of Management and American Society of Quality Qualifications."
Graduate, Inverness
"The trainings we have biannually in the US for the two years of the scheme are brilliant, however, other than this, I feel that there could be more training."
Graduate, Antwerp
