What we are looking for
A small number of high achieving, mobile graduates with potential to be future leaders are recruited each year, onto a 3 year rotational development programme designed to provide them with exposure to our larger manufacturing sites and refineries in Europe. These graduates must have strong leadership, interpersonal and where appropriate, good language skills.
Candidates must have excellent academic achievements, and have a degree (minimum 2:1) in Manufacturing, or Engineering (Chemical or Process) or Materials Science as well as a second language in (preferably) English, German or Dutch.
We offer a three year graduate development programme made up of rotational assignments at our larger manufacturing operations in Europe. You will be supported through structured projects and leadership training. We also offer you a mentor throughout your graduate assignments.
