Leadership Rotational Graduate Scheme

The Precious Metal Products Division's activities comprise two main areas: Services businesses, which include marketing, distribution, refining and recycling of platinum group metals, and Manufacturing businesses encompassing the fabrication of products using precious metals and related materials, platinum group metals (pgm), base metal catalysts and pgm chemicals.

Opportunities:

We have opportunities within the Manufacturing graduate programme, for high-achieving graduates and postgraduates who have Engineering, Materials Science and Manufacturing degrees who can rotate around our larger manufacturing and refining sites within Europe; therefore International mobility is essential. The European programme is looking for graduates who have a second language in English, German or Dutch. The combination of working with an experienced team of JM employees and the opportunity to work at different sites makes Johnson Matthey a great company to work for.

Applicants should be organised, pragmatic, self-motivated and have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates must have excellent academic achievements 2:1 UK with a degree in one of the following areas:

  • Chemical and Engineer
  • Manufacturing
  • Materials Science

Relevant work experience is also essential.
