Choose it because:
You’ll get to enjoy real pace and variety on the programme. The scale of our operation means that you will be involved in a huge amount of different areas from planning, logistics, customer relations & several more. Across the two years you will have three rotations to experience, planning, logistics and site supply chain.
It’s perfect for you if:
You enjoy thinking on your feet and solving problems. A determined and resilient approach is important too, as is the flexibility to turn your hand to any challenge that comes your way. It’ll also help if you like working with people, as you’ll need to build relationships with different stakeholders to be successful.
You'll Be Based:
You will have a number of rotations within our sites throughout UK and Ireland- so mobility is really key!
Joining us means being supported by, and learning from, talented people who really care about what they do. You’ll get bags of responsibility early on, and we’ll be open to your ideas. And because we’re always looking to the future, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Our current CEO joined us as a grad.
