Where you’ll work:

Kier Workplace Services provide clients with the optimal working environment.  This is aligned on a few major aspects, including physical workplace solutions, vital workplace services and transformation of workplaces to enable them to become more effective, through the use of people and technology, providing a range of professional and support services. 

What you’ll do:

Supporting the senior commercial team, you’ll be hands-on by visiting site and working with the leadership team.  You’ll work across the whole of the commercial and pre-construction department, providing assistance in risk and value management, cost control, cost analysis, estimates and commercial management.

What you need to qualify:

We look for those who embody our company ethos, whilst academically you’ll have completed your degree (or about to), on course to achieve a 2.2 or above on a construction-related programme.  This may be in design, commercial services or construction management, and must be accredited by a professional body.  Additionally, we offer MSc conversion programmes for those with a degree in mathematics, science and business subjects.
