"There's a strong partnership culture where you are rewarded for your hard work, loyalty and time served."
Capital Markets, Graduate, London
"Knight Frank is a global business but retains the feel of a partnership. We work with our colleagues across all departments to achieve the best results individually and as a company. There are regular informal social events and a few company-wide events, which are highlights. These include the commercial vs residential cricket match and the rounders game."
Graduate, London
"The culture is excellent and one of the best things about working at my company. The structure is very flat and you always work alongside partners who respect you. There are plenty of opportunities to socialise with other colleagues outside of office hours and numerous sports teams etc that you can get involved with. The teams are very close and are rewarding to work with."
Graduate, London
"Very few people have their own office so the vast majority of partners and department heads sit directly among their teams. There's a work hard, play hard culture among lots of the teams as well as a big emphasis on your social status within the company."
Graduate, London
"The office is a formal environment with a professional approach to dress etc. However, there is a good social environment too and partners will mix with graduates. There are a lot of social events to attend, whether that be a sports team or company-wide event."
Graduate, London
"There's a good work/life balance and plenty of social events after hours."
Graduate, London
"Our head of office is great. He leaves us to do our work and speaks to us if necessary or to see how we are doing. We have a lovely group of graduates in the office who I usually have lunch with and we have drinks/dinner a couple of times a month. I have been lucky enough to shoot, play golf and go bowling etc through KF and there are plenty of other organisations that get us together with other young professionals."

"I believe there is generally a good culture at Knight Frank with a good mixture of staff and regular social events allowing colleagues to interact and socialise with other departments and build relationships."

"I think that the culture at Knight Frank is exceptional - those who work at the top are friendly and get involved with everyone within the whole organisation. I found that there is a huge sense of teamwork throughout."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"The culture is very friendly inside and outside of the office - socialising is not uncommon. I do think that there is a hierarchy, but they do try and engage with the graduates to improve their learning and experience. The graduates are a very close year group which is fostered by the group learning sessions, among other things."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"Team-working is part of the culture here, and strong working relationships are encouraged, as teamwork is an essential part of the business and the way Knight Frank itself operates. Socialising between colleagues is encouraged which further strengthens relationships."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"There are very good and welcoming people at the firm, which makes working here very enjoyable, and this is alongside a variety of opportunities for extra-curricular activities."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"There are plenty of opportunities to socialise and meet people across the business, from sporting events to team building activities. This reflects the culture in working hours, where we work as a team both in our department sub teams and across the business."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"In both departments that I have spent time in, the teams have been inclusive and work well together. There is a good amount of out-of-office socialising which I believe helps the teams to bond and work well together."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"The firm has a very sociable culture in a sociable industry."
Graduate Surveyor, London
"I think that Knight Frank has a great company culture. Teams regularly organise charity and social events, and encourage as much interaction between colleagues as possible."

"The culture at Knight Frank is a good mix of social and hard working. People are professional but also friendly and approachable - the interconnectivity between the departments and teams is extraordinarily good. We have a very strong senior management team who insist on the right values and ethos running right through the company."
Graduate, London
"The teams that I have worked in have been really friendly and the partners are approachable and fair. There is always something going on after work whether it is with your team, the other graduates or one of the sports teams."
Graduate, Madrid
"Being a partnership means the firm can focus on key projects and clients. Office hours tend to be 8:30am-6:00pm with plenty of after-hours opportunities to socialise."
Graduate, London
"I would say the company has a very good culture and social scene amongst graduates. At times the company can be hierarchical but this is not to the detriment of employee interaction."
Graduate, London
"The head office is fantastic, the City office is older but has still been completed to a high spec. The hours you work depend on the level you have on - and of course your willingness to work hard."
Graduate, London
"The company has a fantastic atmosphere about it, with friendly staff who are good at what they do but will take the time to teach you."
