"I sit in the property asset management department in my current rotation and work for two client teams. This gives me a good understanding of how different clients run their property portfolios. My work is varied and includes a range of tasks from data entry to service charge budgeting."
Graduate, London
"It's great. If I feel like I'm not being challenged I can simply ask for more/different work. In my day-to-day role I arrive in the office at 8.00 am, have a team meeting to discuss the day and have conversations with clients to make sure we are meeting their needs. I then usually write a report or some particulars and chat to other agents to see what they have in the market. I usually help another department with work each day, have lunch with some other graduates in the office, conduct a viewing and then follow up on questions that I was not able to answer."
Capital Markets, Graduate, Newcastle
"I am very happy with the quality of work I am assigned in my current position. I am frequently involved in various types of work ranging from dilapidations to contract administration to measured surveys on a daily basis. This broad range of experience is incredibly beneficial in accomplishing my goal of becoming competent in all areas of expertise."
