"The culture here is sociable yet hard-working: I was immediately made to feel like one of the team, and I was included in all of their social activities. Everyone in the office is diligent; yet there are numerous opportunities for networking and social activity at Knight Frank."
Intern, London
"Throughout my time at Knight Frank I felt fully involved with the team both in the office and socially, and there was a very nice atmosphere at the firm, which I found to be extremely friendly."
Capital Markets, Intern, London
"The firm was a very sociable one: I was invited to lunch within the first week and graduates were keen to organise meetings with interns; either work-related or as a social event."
Intern, London
"The culture here is very inclusive: I felt like I fitted in from day one, and I was 100% made to feel part of the team. The team know how to have fun, but also get their heads down and work hard, and the balance between being sociable and working hard is perfect."
Intern, London
"The culture here is great. I found everyone at the firm to be very welcoming, and I felt like part of the team instantly - I was invited on a team day out to the races before I'd even sat down at work."
Intern, London
"Knight Frank provides a number of social opportunities for its graduates and full-time employees. Even as interns there are numerous chances to meet people, and not only other staff at Knight Frank. I found everyone in the department that I worked in to be very friendly and helpful!"
Intern, London
"The company's culture is absolutely wonderful. Everyone you meet takes great interest in your role and is incredibly helpful and friendly. During my time I was included in social activities such as after-work drinks and I was invited to the cinema."

"I was made to feel very welcomed, even by department heads and proprietary partners. I also felt very valued even as an intern and was always respected by members of staff, not treated like a 'lackey' which is sometime the case in internship horror stories."
London
"The team is very cohesive. There is a lot of communication between the residential and commercial teams. I have been included in many social activities including an away day, leaving drinks and general team get-togethers. Employees are always professional but remain open to you regardless of whether you are a temp or permanent employee. I have also found the culture to be very encouraging of personal development."
London
"The culture is extremely inclusive, the interns regularly organise drinks between themselves. Furthermore we have been encouraged to attend events to meet current graduates, previous graduates and Partners."
London
"Absolutely we are made to feel part of the team. We were invited to three social events in the two weeks we were here and we were able to meet senior partners in the business without feeling intimidated at all. The fact that Knight Frank is a partner-run business can be felt immediately and sets it apart from its competitors. There is a really healthy social atmosphere and KF employees seem to go out and integrate on a regular basis which creates real unity within the company."
London
"Over my four weeks at Knight Frank I have felt very welcomed and therefore I have felt like part of the Student Property team, I was invited to social events not only with my team but with intern organised drinks."
London
"The culture is very friendly. I have been asked to go with team for lunch and was included in all the office conversation and banter. It would be good if a few more social events were planned at the start e.g. on the first day, team has lunch together."
London
"Incredibly friendly, time is taken to explain every task and give feedback on my progress. I most definitely feel part of the team, spending my lunch breaks with other interns and associates. Interns are included in social activities (e.g. a mixer event held gave interns the chance to meet graduates, senior partners and the HR team). Interns also meet after work regularly to socialise and get to know each other."
London
"Interns very much made to feel part of the team and involved in work related discussions and processes. Culture is hard-working and driven but also relaxed when it needs to be. Lots of social events and interns are very much encouraged to attend which is great to getting advice and getting to know the team."
