As a leading professional services firm providing audit, tax and advisory services to some of the world’s biggest businesses, our people are at the heart of our continued success.
Being part of KPMG means being part of a community of talented and innovative people, working together to have a positive, lasting impact on our clients. No one type of person succeeds at KPMG; a diverse business requires diverse personalities, characters and perspectives. There really is a place for you here.
What Is Advisory?
Advisory encompasses our consultancy business and focuses on advising clients on their most pressing business challenges. We have one of the largest Advisory practices in the UK and it’s growing fast.
People in this team get involved in broad range of projects – they might be consulting on organisational change, helping to drive ambitious growth strategies or advising on Cyber Security, for example. This is a very collaborative environment and we’ll be committed to getting the best out of you, to help you build the best possible experience.
Our Vacation Programmes
Our Vacation Programmes are designed to help you find out more about KPMG and the different types of work we do to help our clients thrive. You’ll be with us for four weeks and you’ll usually start around June/July – we’ll reveal all the specifics as soon as they’re finalised.
Our Vacation Programmes are for students who are in their penultimate year at university. Your specific degree subject isn’t important – what matters is that you’re as smart, ambitious and focused on the future as we are. You’ll also be keen to take on a wide range of projects that will add value to our clients. This is a great way to learn and develop your skills in a community that you’ll feel a part of for the rest of your life.
Why choose KPMG
At KPMG, your long-term future is every bit as important to us as it is to you. That’s why our aim is to give you experiences that will stay with you for a lifetime. Whether it’s great training and development, mobility opportunities or corporate responsibility volunteering activities – you’ll gain a wealth of experiences on which to build a rewarding career.
We’re proud of our culture – it’s one that recognises hard work, encourages new ways of thinking and embraces diversity and inclusion. We have an innovative spirit which inspires what we do and how we do it – striving to be better lies at the heart of who we are.
