2017

"Read about the culture online or talk to people who you know at Kraft Heinz. See if you fit the culture. We do not look at your experience or skills set as these are things you can learn, we check if you fit the culture."
Mid level, London
"Candidates should read about the specific culture within the company (values). Try to find examples from your life beforehand in order to connect to these values. They are really important within the company and being aligned with them helps a lot."
Graduate, Elst, Netherlands
"The application process involves sending in your CV and covering letter as well as a video about yourself. There are then online tests, a Skype interview and an assessment centre (this consists of two parts with a 'cut' in the middle). My tips would be to understand if the company culture is for you and to think of behavioural examples of when you have shown an attitude in line with the culture. Prepare well for tests and, if you do not do well in a particular section, prepare to be tested on that area in the final panel."
Entry level, Milan, Italy
"It is important to know your CV, know your motivations for applying, know exactly where you want to be and DREAM BIG."
