The opportunity:

Graduate Commercial Officer to specialise in the Commercial Function.  Provide assistance to the Commercial team on account management, sales order processing, bid support, customer contract review meetings, contract management, agreements processing, system and process adherence and general Commercial administration.  Individual to have a basic understanding/awareness on contract law.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will support Commercial and Contract Managers to:

  • deliver account management responsibilities
  • support commercial team in bid activity
  • assist in  management of current and new contracts
  • Support with Sales Order Processing activities
  • Administer and maintain Commercial Agreements databases.
  • Attend and support Customer Review Meetings
  • Process standard form agreements.

Role Requirements

  • All our roles require predicted minimum of an upper second class honours degree in a relevant discipline (such as Business, Law or Economics) or a higher degree such as a MEng, MSc. or PhD.
  • You must be able to satisfy the necessary security clearance for the role applied for and meet a minimum of 5 years permanent residency in the UK.
  • Knowledge of contract law is advantageous
  • Clean driving licence desirable
  • Prepared to travel throughout UK
  • Occasional work unsupervised
  • Work across the UK Leonardo main sites
