Those on our Retail Customer Products programme keep us at the front of the pack, they stay one step ahead of the latest technology and design innovative products and services that meet our customers’ diverse needs. 

What you’ll do

This two-year programme will give you the experience you need to build your skills to become a future leader, make a genuine impact and progress your career. You’ll complete three eight-month placements in customer and product focused areas, build your understanding of how our customers behave, and provide the chance for you to develop crucial project management and leadership skills. 

The Retail Customer Products Graduate Leadership Programme offers a range of placements for our graduates. We will provide a structured programme aimed at teaching you both about our products and our customers, Day-to-day, you’ll be: 

  • supporting the development of innovative products and services for customers
  • leading on projects connected to the integration of our new MBNA business into the Group
  • developing powerful insights about our customers
  • supporting the marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and across Lloyds Banking Group, and
  • actively playing a part in Lloyds Banking Group’s journey to become a bank of the future

Additionally, you’ll take part in initiatives that give back to communities, and support our Charity of the Year.

Entry requirements

We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university, and welcome a diversity of individuals – from DIY enthusiasts to art lovers and sports fans. Everything you bring to Lloyds Banking Group enriches what we offer to our customers and the community.
