MACE graduate scheme

"The company has recently improved their parental policies (maternity/paternity leave and pay) which seems to be better than the industry standards - I think they still have a little way to go in terms of flexible working and so on. I think the regular meetings with line managers ensure that issues are quickly dealt with, and in my experience I feel that being honest is the best way to address concerns and problems that you are facing. If answers are not/cannot be given, then access to higher management or HR is available. Diversity is very positive within the office; there are a mixture of people from different backgrounds, etc. No-one seems to benefit more than the other. Mace employ a high number of women for the industry average and there is a lot of opportunity to be involved in attracting more women to the industry in general."
