Interview Process

(based on 13 ratings in 2014)

"The interview process was very quick; after applying I was contacted the next day and asked for my first interview two days after, the following week I was in for the assessment day and the following week a final interview. The assessment day was very fast paced with half a day to complete two group tasks and a presentation. I was offered the job within a week to start just over a month later."

"I had a one-to-one interview then a group assessment day. The group assessment day can be daunting as you have to perform team work with people you don't know and you will be put on the spot a few times."

"The interview process was very straightforward yet competition is increasing year on year at Mace. I believe the company increases its intake of employees every year."

"Mace employs a robust interview and assessment process that ensures a high level of graduates in each intake."

"After my preliminary application, there was a 1st stage interview, an assessment day, and a 2nd stage interview."

"The selection process is a long and intense one but worth every effort. I had an initial interview with HR, then progressed onto a day's assessment day which involved group projects, individual assessments and a presentation. Finally I had an interview with a business unit director before successfully receiving a place on the scheme."
