Relations with Management
(based on 15 ratings in 2014)
"We have excellent managers and a developed mentoring programme - there is a significant amount of communication from the top of the company in a variety of forms."Graduate, London
"Mentoring is encouraged within Mace; you can volunteer to be a mentor and opt to have one that are no more than two grades above you. Breakfast with the board is a monthly informal discussion in which anyone can join to ask questions and hear about updates from board level. Management sit within the team and formal appointments can be made if necessary. Annual appraisals are carried out so management are aware of how you are doing and feedback is given from your line manager. I have a one-on-one with my line manager weekly/fortnightly too."Graduate, London
"Everyone I report to is accessible and more than keen to help me out. You are encouraged to meet a mentor who can provide informal feedback and advice."Graduate, London
"I am very fortunate with the mangers I work for. Senior management make an effort to engage with graduates through graduate events and meetings."Graduate, London
"My line manager is excellent, very laid back and always pushing me to perform to my best. Lots of support in place to assist and guide graduates."Graduate, London
